Frequently Asked Questions
Does your security company have insurance?
Yes, we have $3,000,000 liability insurance, $1,000,000 per occurrence. We are also bonded, as regulated by the local licensing. This protects your business from legal liabilities, because in the event of an incident, our company will assume the legal liability due to the guards' actions, rather than your staff, (this may avoid an expensive lawsuit). Also, this potentially protects your company's reputation, since the public and any media involvement will refer to our activity regarding a serious incident or complaint regarding security.
How long of a contract is required?
We offer long-term and short-term contracts. We also offer no contract/no commitment for qualifying clients. We want to earn your business. Therefore, if you don't think we provide the best security service out there, or if it just so happens that security isn't necessary on your premises anymore at any given point, we make it easy to cancel.
How quickly can you start service?
We can start security services as soon as you tell us to begin, on the same day if needed. We realize that in our business our customers need immediate peace of mind. We will help in any way we can so you can get back to your business as soon as possible.
What type of pre-employment screening does American Alliance Security Agency use?
We use the following pre-employment screening processes: state registration and certification, personal reference check, criminal court history, civil court history, motor vehicle report, and random drug testing.
What is the benefit of hiring a security company?
Secuirty officers deter and prevent crimes before they happen as well as respond swiftly in case of emergencies. Hiring a security company is also much less expensive than hiring your local police department or off-duty police officers for a security detail.
