The Challenge
After the initial construction phase, 75 Canal experienced a significant security concern that threatened the safety and quality of life for residents. Unauthorized individuals were entering the underground parking garage without permission and occupying the space overnight. Beyond the garage, trespassing incidents occurred in other building areas, raising serious access control and security concerns.
