Azmir Lilic is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of American Alliance Security, responsible for the company’s vision, strategic direction, and organizational standards.

He built American Alliance Security from the ground up with the belief that exceptional security service demands more than simply placing an officer at a post. It requires competent leadership, disciplined operations, accountability, and an organization built to perform when it matters.

Under his leadership, American Alliance Security has expanded its geographic footprint, strengthened its operational capabilities, and broadened its service offerings while maintaining a strong commitment to service quality and organizational development. His approach emphasizes strong management, capable personnel, and the systems necessary to support an evolving security operation.

Guided by the belief that an organization should never become complacent with yesterday’s success, Azmir continues to focus on strengthening the company’s foundation, pursuing new opportunities, and preparing American Alliance Security for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

    As Field Operations Manager, Dustin Conlon oversees the day-to-day performance of American Alliance Security’s field operations, ensuring personnel, staffing, and site procedures remain aligned with company standards and client requirements.

    His responsibilities include officer recruitment, hiring, training, field supervision, site inspections, and operational coordination. Working closely with security personnel and management, Dustin helps develop a capable workforce, maintain operational consistency, and uphold the service standards expected across client locations.

    Amar Lilic serves as Administrative Coordinator, supporting the internal processes that keep American Alliance Security organized and operating efficiently.

    His responsibilities span administrative communications, payroll coordination, accounts payable and receivable, recordkeeping, recruiting support, and operational documentation. Working alongside management and field personnel, Amar helps maintain accurate financial and administrative records, organized workflows, and timely coordination between departments.

    As Client Relations Manager, Kathleen “Kat” Dougherty serves as a primary point of contact for American Alliance Security’s clients, helping ensure their needs, expectations, and concerns receive appropriate attention.

    Kat works closely with the operations team to coordinate service requests, address client feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout each relationship. Her role is centered on strengthening client partnerships and ensuring concerns are followed through to resolution.
