  In 2018, Mr. Azmir Lilic, a seasoned security and public safety professional, founded American Alliance Security Agency in Manchester, New Hampshire. Recognizing a significant lack of proper training in the private security industry, he prioritized professionalism, rigorous training programs, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Initially providing unarmed, local, short-term security services, the company quickly built a strong reputation for trust and reliability. Within a year, American Alliance expanded its offerings to include Armed Security, Executive Protection, and Mobile Patrols, earning widespread recognition for delivering dependable security solutions across southern New Hampshire.

  Amid the challenges of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the company swiftly adapted by implementing new safety protocols and offering specialized services for essential businesses, healthcare facilities, and retail environments. A key focus was assisting clients in enforcing CDC and state-specific COVID-19 regulations during a time marked by panic shopping, increased theft, and widespread uncertainty, ensuring compliance and safety.   To meet the growing demand, American Alliance opened field offices in Portsmouth and Nashua, extending its reach across New Hampshire.
